At RestaurantSupply, we want to ensure your kitchen is equipped with the highest quality tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive a unique return number and shipping instructions.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it via your preferred carrier; we recommend using a service with tracking for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned equipment, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
